Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your weights, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return and/or exchange.

If your item is in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused) and in its original packaging, you'll get a full refund within 24 hours.

To start a return, you can contact us at weightswarehouse@gmail.com or call us at 514-416-7322. If your return is accepted, we'll arrange an appointment at our warehouses for you to drop off your items. There are no fees for drop-off.

If you'd like to ship them to us, we'll provide you with the address of our nearest return processing location to minimize shipping cost. If there's a defect with the product, we'll cover the shipping costs; otherwise you'll have to cover the shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
None! As long as item is in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused) and in its original packaging.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
